4. Payments and Project Terms

  • Fees for services will be outlined in a separate proposal or contract.

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.

  • Refund / Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit may be required to begin work. Refunds are generally not provided once services have commenced, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

We reserve the right to modify pricing or scope with your agreement for any changes in project requirements.

5. Intellectual Property

We may use anonymized case studies or testimonials (with your approval) for marketing purposes.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit any unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
